Return & Exchange

Returns & Exchange:

• We're happy to accept returns & exchanges of unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
• For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after receiving the product from your end, valid online for a year, or exchange for another available size.
• The credit note is valid for a year from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.

• We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and color that you have purchased. If your required size is unavailable, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.

Eligibility:

• Products must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, and should have all the original tags and packaging. 

Process:

• To initiate a return/exchange, contact us at care@tailorscove.com with your order details.
• Our warehouse team typically takes around 48-72 hours to inspect all items due for returns or exchanges. Once approved, we’ll instantly add a credit note to your account.
• For an exchange, we’ll ship out your new size/product once the pickup is completed.
